Once the payment is done and the product is sold to customer there after we don’t accept any returns or exchange the products.

1. Outside India:
No returns or exchanges permitted for international orders.

2. International Orders:

• For international orders, no merchandise exchanges or refunds are offered.
• In case of issues with the order, contact us at +91 9810156742 within 48 hours.

3. Refund Processing Time: 

Expect to receive your refund within four weeks, including transit and processing time.

4. Price Discrepancies:

• In case of a price difference:
• If the delivered product's maximum retail price is lower, inform us within 24 hours for a refund.
• If the platform's listed maximum retail price is higher, we reserve the right to withhold dispatch until the user pays the difference or seeks cancellation.

5. Third-Party Payment Service Providers:

• Shri Kumar Designs may contract with third-party payment service providers to facilitate transactions.
• These providers include payment aggregators, prepaid instrument providers, courier, and logistic service providers.
• Upon successful delivery, we initiate payments to third-party service providers.

6. Unauthorized Purchases:

•  Report any unauthorized charges within 24 days to enable us to initiate investigations.

7. Retrieval of Invalidated Payments:

•  Failure to remit invalidated payments within 24 hours may lead to civil and/or criminal legal action.

8. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution:

• This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
• Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising out of or relating to the construction, meaning, scope, operation or effect of this policy document or the validity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to be conducted by a mutually appointed sole Arbitrator. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English language. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be New Delhi. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final, conclusive and binding and the judgement on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear their own cost and the fees of the sole arbitrator shall be equally divided between the parties, unless the award otherwise provides. The foregoing is without each parties right to seek injunctions and other relief in any appropriate court to the extent such relief is not available in arbitration.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality:

• Personal information collected during returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Effective Date:

This Returns and Exchange Policy is effective as of 1/2/2024

11. Modification of Policy:

•  Shri Kumar Designs, reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
